Chicken Cutlet

Ingredients :

  • 4 chicken breasts,
  • 1 cup of yoghurt,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 tablespoon of sauce,
  • 1 cup of olive oil,
  • Enough of salt and black pepper.

Preparation :

Onion is grated and pressed. Yoghurt, onion juice, sauce, half of oil, salt and black pepper are mixed and cutlet sauce is prepared. Chickens are coated with this sauce and steeped for a while. Then chickens are fried with olive oil in a pan. Fried chicken cutlet is served with tomato, pepper and rice pilaf.





Vegetable Chicken Stew

Ingredients :

  • 4 chicken breasts,
  • 2 carrots,,
  • 2 squashes,
  • 2 onions,
  • 2 eggplants,
  • 1 green banana pepper,
  • 200 gr. Kashar cheese,
  • ½ cup of olive oil,,
  • Enough of salt and black pepper.

Preparation:

Chicken breasts are hashed. Carrot, onion, eggplant and peppers diced. Kashar cheese is grated. Olive oil is poured into the pan and onion, peppers and carrot are roasted. Hashed chicken breasts are added and roasted. After squashes and eggplants are added, roasting goes on for a while. Sauté is flavored with salt and black pepper and removed from heat. Sauté is shared into four casseroles and a little olive oil and grated kashar cheese are dispersed on them. Casseroles are put in the oven which we heated to 180 degree before and cooked until kashar cheese is brown. Vegetable chicken stew is served with spicy toasts.





Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 5 chicken breasts,
  • 5 leaves of thyme
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons corn
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunches of basil
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation:

Clean chicken breasts’ skin and marinate with thyme, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Heat a little olive oil in the pan and sauté chickens. Cover them with squashes, cover the pan with lid and take the pan off the stove. Clean the lettuces and dry. Slice them into large pieces. Take them into a plate. Slice cooked chicken into small pieces and scatter on the lettuces. Add corn and cherry tomatoes. Mix basil in blender. Mix remaining ingredients in blender, too and pour on the salad and serve.
